“I have been in the education world for the past 14 years, from elementary to high school. I have a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in counseling. I am in the process of working on my Ph.D. in psychology. Education is very important and it’s honestly never-ending. You don’t have to just be in a classroom to learn. I believe I discovered my passion and purpose in life, which is to help others by educating them. I am a loving wife and mother of four. I have a college student, a junior in high school, a 7th grader, and a 5th grader. Two boys and two girls. My hobbies include writing/journaling and being very creative with all things technology. I am grateful to work with On Track School.”

“I’m very excited to be joining the On Track team!! I retired from the public school system after 36 years and in my last 21 years I was an elementary school bookkeeper. After being retired for two years, I found myself needing structure in my day so now I’m so looking forward to joining the On Track team and working and helping in any way I can!”

“What an honor it is to be part of the On Track staff and mission! For me, being around motocross and motorsports in general was just how we grew up and I’ve remained a lifelong fan and enthusiast. Most of my adult life was spent serving our nation in the U.S. Army for 23 years. That journey took me around the world a few times and taught me invaluable lessons I carry with me today. My goal is to pay those lessons forward to our students! I also hold a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in strategic security studies. My wife Christi and I have three grown children, four dogs and a cat. We stay busy engaged in a number of different community and civic endeavors, as we feel that is our duty and the debt we owe to this great nation and its people!”
Destiny Pinkston

“I have worked in an educational setting for the past 15 years. I have experience in working in both general and special education settings as well as school counseling. I am a certified pre-K-8th grade teacher, certified K-12 special education teacher, and a licensed professional counseling associate who truly finds purpose in helping others understand their mental health and how to process emotions and life tasks. My son races motocross, so our family travels a lot! I love that OnTrack provides my son with a flexible school schedule as well as me the opportunity to work from anywhere. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your goals.”

“I am the momma of the sweetest and sassiest 8-year-old daughter. Another fun fact about me, I am the first On Track graduate! Having experienced the On Track journey firsthand, I am particularly invested in being part of this team. I bring with me a background in events, hospitality, business and photography. I get inspired through helping others bring their story to life through multiple platforms and media. I’m excited to be a part of this amazing community and see it all come full circle.”

“It is a privilege to join the On Track team and enjoy a work environment where I am encouraged to create, collaborate, and thrive. I bring with me three decades of experience in higher education, journalism, design, marketing, media, social media, and writing. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in organizational leadership. The best job I have is being wife to husband Glenn for 35 years, mom to Summer (39) and Shorty (34), and “Omi” to Lily Grace (15) and Juniper (3). As I write this, I have my two rescue dogs, Stella and Butter, on my lap and at my feet. I’m eager to be part of what Andrea has created and I can’t wait to see what’s next.”
